Deviant Anomalies X follows a rookie detective whose interest in Netherhelm's strange snowstorm goes well beyond professional curiosity. Since that night, supernatural reports and violent crime have been piling up, giving him plenty to investigate. The girls are an immediate attraction, with detailed character models, varied body types, and high-quality renders. The city has a good sense of atmosphere too, especially when the music and sound effects give an ordinary-looking scene an uneasy edge.
Keep expectations on the mystery and visuals for now. Adult scenes are scarce, animation is limited, and some choices and features aren't implemented yet. The story can also stumble over inconsistent dialogue or questionable decisions, while the minigames occasionally need more explanation. Returning players should know this is a remake that starts over, so it takes time to cover familiar ground. Still, the new presentation makes a good first impression. If hot girls and a supernatural police story sound appealing, the opening offers a taste of both while the larger adventure develops.
