Unexpected Rebirth
Unexpected Rebirth lets you follow Ayumu and Nemu, a pair of twins whose move to Henyutamei turns into much more than a change of schools. The town's friendly residents are quick to get personal, and each sibling finds their own way into its romances and darker secrets. Switch between their stories whenever you want to catch the moments where one twin's life crosses into the other's.
Nemu's route is a particular draw if you want a self-assured female protagonist, while Ayumu's follows a more familiar new-guy romance setup. Both have attractive character designs and lively adult animations. The shared mystery gives you a reason to keep reading beyond the hot scenes, especially once you've seen how the twins experience the same town differently.
Be ready for a fast sexual pace. Some relationships skip the buildup, and the choices give you limited control over Nemu's direction. Side characters could also use more time of their own. The game is still being developed by a new team after the original was abandoned, with the original creator's approval.
