Thirsty for My Guest starts with a favor that carries more history than the protagonist admits. Years after his relationship with Vicki fell apart, he agrees to let her now-grown daughter Jenna stay at his home for two weeks. Jenna remembers him from an earlier part of her life, but their reunion takes place between adults, and the old family connection soon becomes tangled with attraction, secrecy, and divided loyalties. The story asks less about whether temptation appears than how far the protagonist will follow it once Vicki and the rest of his complicated personal life close in.
