The Demon Lord's Project follows a kidnapped man trying to settle into a castle ruled by a demoness who can kill him for saying the wrong thing. She's also gradually warming to him, which makes her attention as intriguing as it is dangerous. The other prisoners offer friendships, romance, and plenty of adult scenes as he gets to know them. Most of the story stays around the castle, giving the cast time to interact while questions about his abduction remain unanswered. The likable protagonist and the Demon Lord's unpredictable behavior give this fantasy harem its main hook.
The Demon Lord and the maid have some of the better character designs, and there's a good spread of girls to spend time with.
