Northern Lights
Northern Lights: The Beginning follows Leo and a group of secret agents whose dangerous work leaves room for some complicated personal lives. The six love interests are mostly Asian girls, with harem relationships and optional NTR encounters developing around the investigation. You can decide whether to pursue that side of the game, although the romance-focused alternatives currently offer fewer scenes. The included Yuna and Lotus stories give you more time with two of the cast beyond the main adventure.
The character designs and attractive renders make a good first impression, backed by music, sound effects, and animations that improve in the later content. Some girls look quite similar, though, and the writing could do more to distinguish their relationships with Leo. The NTR scenes in particular spend little time on the girls' thoughts, which can leave the drama feeling distant. For now, the strongest appeal is the cast and the secret-agent setting around them. If that's a combination you like, there's enough intrigue to follow while the relationships get more room to develop.
