FLX Downfall of I-Dolls
FLX - Downfall of I-Dolls has you running an idol group with goals well beyond selling tickets. In this dystopian city, attention is power. You assign three women to jobs, manage their mood and training, and use mind control to steer them as their fame grows. Whether you keep their attention for yourself or share it with others is part of the appeal.
I like that the idols feel distinct. Their designs, ambitions, and personalities give you more to follow than a row of rising stats, while the writing occasionally has fun with its own pulpy sci-fi logic. There's a proper trainer loop here too: work earns money, training opens new content, and the women gradually take on more daring roles. Public use isn't required to keep moving through the game.
The trouble is how often that loop asks you to repeat yourself. Assignments need constant attention, scenes reuse a lot of art, and raising stats can take far longer than the story makes interesting. Some players end up rich while other resources remain a nuisance, so the management doesn't always feel rewarding. Reported scene-blocking bugs add another frustration. There's a fun cast and a strong premise underneath it all, but expect a fair amount of clicking to see them develop.
