Afterlife Harem drops you into a brand-new supernatural life where you must balance guiding restless spirits with building a massive heterosexual harem. Upon accepting a mysterious deal for a second life, you are placed in a house full of gorgeous afterlife guides. The gameplay focuses heavily on relationship building and sandbox exploration—you can take girls on dates, uncover their past lives, and experience a variety of explicit encounters that occasionally branch into darker blackmail and femdom tropes.
Visually, the game is built using well-customized Koikatsu 3D assets, giving the diverse cast of girls a distinct anime aesthetic with fully animated H-scenes. Beyond the romance, you can also engage in turn-based combat with aggressive souls or choose to negotiate with them peacefully.
Because the game is still in active, early-to-mid development, players should expect a work-in-progress experience. The sandbox navigation can sometimes lack clear hints or feel a bit grindy, and the laid-back, submissive nature of the MC might not appeal to everyone.
