Mandatory Manager

Mandatory Manager gives Misaki 30 days to prove she deserves a permanent job, with her manager's promotion riding on the same decision. He can set easier assignments to help her succeed or give her harder work and more chances to slip up. Misaki is cute, her voice acting is good, and most of the adult content involves stripping, spanking, and humiliation. The animations look good but end quickly, and there’s 0 intercourse in the current build. It’s a small management game about one intern, her daily workload, and how much trouble her boss wants to cause.

Tachibana Anna gives Misaki some personality beyond the stats on screen. Her reactions help sell the embarrassing situations, and the renders are good enough to make the short scenes worth a look. There’s at least a gallery that keeps unlocked scenes handy. The game is much less generous with what happens in them, though: even the sex toys available as rewards do not lead to scenes showing her using them.

Getting through a month can also be pretty fast and repeating that month several times just to unlock modifiers can wear out the fun, especially once the same assignments and punishments become familiar. There are hidden challenges for completionists, but the small set of sex activities pretty much limits how much variety those extra runs can offer. Although Misaki does make a cute subject for a spanking game; the lack of sex is a substantial limit on the fantasy. But if you’re really into the genre, this game can be a pretty fun 20 minutes.
