Change Deck brings witches together for a Lust Off where the cards decide whose boobs, butt, or body gets bigger. The girls have fun dialogue, the renders look great, and the growth animations are the main reason to keep dealing. Breast expansion shares the spotlight with butt growth and extra height, so there are a few ways to push the changes. Underneath all that is a simple rock-paper-scissors game. It takes little effort to learn, although collecting a particular set of scenes can mean waiting for the opponent to finally cooperate.
The growth goes both ways, so the player's own character can end up changing too. That gives the game more variety than just picking a girl and making her boobs bigger every round. The girls are likeable, and the animations get plenty of attention for good reason. Letting a match run its course and seeing how everyone ends up is probably the least frustrating way to enjoy it.
Trying to control every result shows how little say the player actually has. The opponent can keep choosing the wrong changes for a gallery unlock, and the mind-reading minigame adds its own timing frustrations. There isn't much strategy to fall back on when luck gets irritating. The art and expansion scenes make a good case for a few casual matches, but filling every gallery slot can turn that into a pretty tedious job.
